How are sitters vetted?+
Every sitter passes a background check, an in-person interview and a trial day. They keep their place in the network only as long as ratings stay high.
What if I only need one sitter, just for me?+
You can. Collective is the default, but private bookings are always available — just at standard rates instead of collective ones.
How does collective pricing work?+
Two to four families share one sitter for the same window. The hourly rate is split, so each family pays a fraction of what a private sitter would cost.
Can I pause my subscription?+
Yes — pause for a month, a season or summer holidays. No fees, no questions. Resume in one tap.
Where is UOMALLY available?+
UOMALLY is launching first in Benalmádena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. We are expanding to Málaga city, Granada and Seville in Phase 2. If you are outside these areas, take the survey — your location helps us prioritise the next city.
