UOMALLY is a village in beta. These terms describe how we share time, care and responsibility — written in plain language, because trust deserves clarity.
UOMALLY is an early-stage community connecting families, verified sitters and neighbours across Andalusia. We are not a marketplace; we are a circle of trust currently operating in beta.
These terms apply to anyone who completes the survey, joins the community, or uses any UOMALLY service.
By clicking any survey or join button, you enter the beta. No payment is collected yet. Pricing displayed (Nido €30/mo, sitter shares, founder tiers) is indicative and only activates once the full service launches in your area.
During beta, founders (first 20 families) and early members (families 21–50) receive the benefits described on the homepage. We commit to honouring them in writing the moment we go live.
UOMALLY is built on reciprocity: the time you give returns to you. Hours of childcare, school runs or favours are tracked transparently inside the community. Time has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Members are expected to give as much as they receive. Persistent imbalance may pause access until the circle is rebalanced.
Every sitter introduced through UOMALLY is interviewed, reference-checked and DBS/SEPE verified before entering the circle. Families always meet a sitter before any booking.
Sitters are independent. UOMALLY facilitates the introduction and the shared cost model (one sitter, up to four families), but the care relationship is between the family and the sitter.
Membership requires kindness, honesty and respect. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or any behaviour that puts a child at risk.
Any safeguarding concern is taken seriously and may result in immediate removal from the community. We cooperate fully with local authorities when required.
We store only what is needed to connect you to your village: name, contact, neighbourhood, children's ages, and the answers you give in the survey.
We never sell your data. We never share it outside the community without your written consent. You can request export or deletion at any time by emailing us.
Once live, plans renew monthly. You can pause for school holidays, summers or life changes, and resume in one tap. No annual contracts. No cancellation fees.
Founder benefits (3 months free every year, for life) remain valid as long as the membership stays active.
UOMALLY is a facilitator. We curate, verify and connect — but we do not provide childcare directly. Families remain responsible for the choices they make inside their circle.
We carry public liability insurance for community events. Day-to-day care arrangements rely on the trust and judgement of the families involved.
These terms may evolve as the village grows. We will notify the community in writing at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
